B2B Inlogistics is run out of Shanti Sadan, which is D-207 in the Govindpuram area of Ghaziabad. Vineet works here under the care of Ch. Naresh Kumar. This is more of a residential-style office, so it doesn't feel like a big cold warehouse. It’s a bit more personal because it’s part of a house. We have the office set up with the necessary desks and computers to manage the logistics side of the business. The pin code is 201002, and the neighborhood is usually pretty quiet compared to the industrial zones. We spend our days coordinating with different partners and making sure the B2B orders are processed correctly. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear the normal sounds of a Ghaziabad suburb. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby for visitors. It’s just a honest place where we sit down and get the paperwork done. The internet can be a bit spotty when the weather is bad, but we make do. We drink a lot of homemade tea while we go through the manifests and shipping schedules. It is a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We prefer this kind of setup because it’s comfortable and we don’t have to deal with the chaos of a major industrial park every single day.
