Avantika Associate Private Limited

We are based at 161, Dayal Market, which is on the first floor in the Chanderpuri area of Ghaziabad. Being in a market means there is always noise from the street below, mostly vendors yelling and horns honking. Avantika Associate has been in this spot for some time now. To get to us, you have to walk up a narrow flight of stairs that can be a bit dark if the bulb is out. The office itself is one of those typical market offices with a big wooden desk and some metal cabinets for all the files. Ghaziabad is a crowded place, and our corner of it is no different. We spend most of our time dealing with local people who walk in with questions about their paperwork. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit every day; it’s much more casual than that. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because we’re usually too busy. We usually get our tea from the shop downstairs, and they know exactly how much sugar everyone likes. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit by the window for some light until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of working, and we’re used to the chaos of the market by now. It is just how things are around here most days for our small team.
