Atul and Associates

Our place is over in the Kavi Nagar Industrial Area, specifically at E 169. It is a bit of a gritty spot, being an industrial zone and all, but it works for what we do. Atul and the rest of us spend most of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Being in the industrial area means we see a lot of different types of projects, not just houses. It gets pretty loud outside during the day with all the trucks and work going on, but inside we are just focused on the math and the drawings. We have been here long enough that we know the neighbors and the local shops. The office has a lot of old files piled up because we have handled quite a few projects over the years. It is not a corporate setup with fancy furniture. We have a couple of big tables for laying out the wide prints and some old chairs that have seen better days. People come to us when they need a plan that actually makes sense for their space. We do not do much advertising, mostly just folks telling their friends about us after we finish a job. It is hard work, but we like being part of the building process. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That is just life in the industrial area. We keep things honest and just do the work we are given.
