We are located down at 7/6 in the Anand Industrial Area of Ghaziabad. If you know the area, you know it is mostly warehouses and factories, so it gets pretty dusty and noisy during the day. Our building is a bit older, but it does what we need it to do. We have plenty of space for our equipment and the desks are tucked into the front section. It isn't the kind of place with glass walls or fancy carpets. We mostly wear jeans and t-shirts because there is always something that needs lifting or moving around. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up for a break. Ghaziabad can be a tough place to navigate with all the trucks, but we are used to it by now. The power goes out sometimes, so we have the generator ready to go. Our team is a mix of people from the local neighborhood and some who travel in from further away. We don't have any big speeches or meetings that last for hours. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we get started. It’s a practical setup. We’ve got the 201007 pin code stamped on everything we ship out. It is a hardworking environment and we prefer it that way because it keeps us focused on the actual work instead of the fluff.
