We’ve been out here on Bisrakh Road in Chhapraula for quite a while now. If you head towards Gautam Budh Nagar, you’ll find our place. It’s a busy spot, mostly filled with the sound of machines and people working on castings. We don't really do the fancy office thing. Atlas Castings Pvt. Ltd. is more about getting the job done on the floor. Some days are long, especially when the furnace is running hot and the orders are piled up, but that’s just how the work goes here. The village setting means we know most of the people around us. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages like Chhapraula. We try to keep things simple. There isn’t much to say other than we handle the metal work and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a fix, which slows us down, but we just deal with it. It’s a practical environment. Not much polish, just a lot of dust and hard work. We've got our routine down. Usually, you’ll see trucks coming in and out of the gate all day. It’s a bit noisy, but that means we’re busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the molds and the metal. If you’re looking for the place, just ask around the P.O. area, most people know where the factory is by now. We’re just regular folks making castings here.
