We have a small area set aside specifically for our work. Ghaziabad is a busy place and there is always noise from the traffic or the neighbors, but we don't mind it much. It feels like a real community here. We have been doing this for some time now and we know most of the people on Gali Number 4. It is not a fancy setup with glass partitions or anything. We just have our tables, some chairs, and our equipment. We start early in the morning and keep at it until the evening. Sometimes the power goes out, which is pretty common in this part of town, but we just wait it out or use the backup. We don't have a big mission statement or anything.
