Our setup is a bit different because we operate out of 903 Himgiri Apartment in Kaushambi. Being in an apartment building in Ghaziabad means we have a lot of neighbors nearby, so we try to keep things quiet and professional. Arshika Pharmaceutical has been running from here for a while now. It’s convenient because we are close to the main roads and the metro station. The view from the ninth floor is actually pretty good, though we spend most of our time looking at our computer screens or inventory lists. It’s a compact space, but we have organized it so everything fits where it should. We don't have a large warehouse on-site; this is more of our administrative and coordination hub for the company. The elevators can be slow in the morning, which is a bit of a daily annoyance for the staff coming in. We handle the Indian market from this small office. It’s mostly phone calls and emails all day long. We don't wear suits or anything like that because it doesn't make sense for us. It’s a casual environment where everyone knows what they have to do. Sometimes we order food from the local stalls downstairs for lunch when we are too busy to go out. It’s a busy life in Ghaziabad, and we are just happy to have a stable place to work. We don't do much marketing; we just rely on the contacts we've built over time. It’s a very practical way to run a pharmaceutical firm without having a massive office space.
