Our office is in Sector 1, Vaishali, over in Ghaziabad. We’re at House 521. It’s a pretty standard spot in a busy neighborhood. We’ve been doing construction work for quite a while now. The company is registered as a private limited, but we still feel like a local family outfit. Most of our work is around the U.P. area. Ghaziabad is always growing, so there’s plenty of building happening. We keep ourselves busy with different projects. It’s a lot of coordination, talking to suppliers and making sure the labor shows up on time. Our desk is usually covered in blueprints and bills. We aren't the type to wear suits and sit in meetings all day. We’d rather be on the ground seeing how the concrete is pouring. Sometimes the traffic in Vaishali makes it hard to get around, but we plan for it. We have a small group of people working here who really know the business. It’s not always easy, things go wrong and schedules slip, but we try to fix it. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch. People know the house number by heart now. It’s just a regular house that we turned into our workspace. We like it that way. It keeps us grounded and close to the people we work for. It’s just how we run things day to day, without any big fuss or unnecessary talk.
