We’re over at Ugcs 43 in the Corporate Floors of Ansal Plaza, Sector 1. It’s a convenient spot because it’s so close to both the Vaishali and Kaushambhi metro stations. You’d think being in a place called "Corporate Floors" would mean everything is shiny and perfect, but our office is pretty lived-in. There are stacks of files on almost every surface and a lot of empty coffee mugs. We do consulting work, which basically means we spend a lot of time on computers and talking to people about their business problems. It’s mostly brain work, but it can be exhausting in its own way. The air conditioning in the mall works most of the time, which is a blessing in the summer. We have a small team of people who are good at what they do, even if our filing system looks a bit messy to an outsider. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just jeans and casual shirts. We like the location because we can just walk out and grab lunch at the food court or one of the nearby stalls. It’s a busy building with a lot of different companies, so there’s always someone new in the elevator. We’ve been here for a few years now and it feels like home. We just try to help our clients make sense of their data and move forward with their plans. It's a busy life.
