AR T Architect

AR T Architect is based in Ghaziabad, specifically in Govindpuram. Our office is U.G.-2 at Plot No.13 in Shatabdipuram. If you know Gaur Homes, we are right behind that. It’s a relatively quiet part of town compared to Delhi. We work on all sorts of building designs. It could be a house or a small shop. We’ve been here long enough that people in the neighborhood know our name. We don't have a big polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just a workspace with some desks and our computers. We spend a lot of time talking to local builders and making sure they understand the plans. Sometimes it’s hard to get everyone on the same page. We use a lot of pencils and rulers, even with the software we have. The office gets some sunlight in the mornings, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the most famous architects in the world. We just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. There’s always a lot of paperwork with the local authorities, which is the boring part of the job. We just handle it. We like seeing a project go from a simple drawing to a real building you can walk into. It's a long process but it's what we do every single day.
