App-Tech Engineers

Our office is at Ugf 71 in Ansal Plaza - II, over in Chiranjiv Vihar. Being in a plaza means there are always people around, which is nice. We are on the upper ground floor, so people don’t have to climb too many stairs to find us. It’s an engineering setup, so there are usually drawings or parts lying around on the desks. We spend a lot of time looking at technical specs or talking to clients about their equipment. It’s not the quietest office because there is always some discussion going on about a project. Chiranjiv Vihar is a decent area to work in, and the plaza has everything we need nearby. We’ve set up our workspace to be as practical as possible. There’s a lot of filing cabinets because we keep records of everything we do. It’s just a handful of us here, mostly engineers and a couple of people helping with the admin side. We don't really have a reception desk or anything formal. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone at a computer or on the phone. We just try to get the engineering work done correctly without making it more complicated than it needs to be. The lights in the plaza stay on late sometimes when we have a lot to finish. It's a steady routine of calculations and checking on parts. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the entire room.
