Ananya & Ananya Distributors

We've been running Ananya & Ananya Distributors for a bit now from our spot at Shop No. S-4/908 in Ayush Apartment. It's right in Shalimar Garden Ext.-I. Most days we are just busy sorting through boxes and getting things ready to go out. It isn’t a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where we try to keep things organized. Usually, the phone starts ringing early and we spend the morning checking what came in and what needs to be sent out. Shalimar Garden is a busy area so there's always something going on outside our door. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the stock, but we manage. My cousin and I started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and distribution seemed like a practical way to do it. We deal with various items and try to keep track of every order manually most of the time. It’s a lot of paperwork. Some days the delivery trucks come late and we have to stay back to finish up. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us doing the heavy lifting and making sure the inventory counts are right. It’s hard work but it keeps us on our toes. People in the neighborhood know us as the place where there's always a lot of movement. We try to be fair and just get the job done without making a big fuss about it. That’s pretty much how we spend our week.
