Amit Promoter

You’ll find us in Nyay Khand 2, over in Indirapuram. We are at number 4. It’s a busy part of the colony, with lots of families and shops nearby. Amit Promoter is basically just a small office where we handle local real estate. Indirapuram has grown so fast, and we’ve been here watching it happen. Most days we are busy answering the phone or showing people around different apartments in Nyay Khand. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of talking. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show the place and tell people what the rent is or what the papers look like. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many files piled up. Sometimes the computer acts up, so we just go back to using pen and paper. We know the local shopkeepers and the guards, so we usually hear about any new place coming up for sale before it hits the market. It’s a local business, through and through. We aren't a big corporation from the city. We’re just here in Indirapuram, helping folks find a roof over their heads. It’s decent work, and it keeps us busy from morning until the markets close. We just try to be honest about the flats and the neighborhood so people know what they are getting into before they sign anything.
