Alka Forgings

Alka Forgings is located on Bulandshahr Road at C-20. It’s an industrial spot, and it's definitely not the cleanest place you’ll ever visit. There is a lot of metal, heat, and heavy machinery involved in what we do here. We work with hammers and furnaces to shape metal parts for various uses. The noise is pretty constant—clanging and buzzing all day long. We have a crew of guys who have been doing this for years. They’re used to the heat, even in the middle of summer when it gets almost unbearable inside the shed. We aren't a big corporation with offices and polished floors. Our "office" is just a small desk in the corner covered in invoices and technical drawings. We mostly take orders from other businesses that need specific metal components. It’s hard work, and our clothes are always stained with soot or oil by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this location for quite a while, and the building shows its age, but the equipment still runs fine. We don't spend much on making the place look pretty because that’s not what our customers care about. They just want their parts on time and made right. It’s a practical business, run by people who aren't afraid of a bit of hard labor. That’s just the way it goes at a forging shop like ours. We keep the machines running and the metal moving.
