Our workshop is at Plot No. B-39/6 in Site-4 of the Sahibabad Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of manufacturing going on. We focus on making patterns, which is a slow and careful process. You can't really rush it or the whole casting will be off later on. We have been in this spot for several years now. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at, but it has enough space for our wood and metal patterns. Most of our days are spent carving, sanding, and measuring things over and over. It gets quite dusty with all the materials we use, so we try to keep the exhaust fans running as much as we can. The guys here have been doing this for a long time and they have a good eye for the details. We don't really do much advertising; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been at Site-4 for so long that people know where to find us. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, which makes getting materials in a bit of a struggle. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the heavy stamping plants nearby. We just keep our heads down and focus on the shapes we are creating. We also have a small area where we store the wood before it gets cut. It smells quite nice compared to the grease in the other metal shops around.
