Our place is over in Modinagar, specifically at C-45 in the Modipon Colony. Being in the Ghaziabad district means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. We've been around here for quite a while, and most people in the colony know where we are. It’s a limited company, but it doesn’t feel like a big corporate office when you walk in. It feels more like a workshop where people actually know each other’s names. We have our routines and our way of doing things that have worked for years. The building is older, but it serves its purpose well. There’s always some noise from the machines, but that’s just the sound of business to us. We handle a lot of industrial work that keeps the local economy moving. Our staff mostly comes from the nearby areas, so it’s a very local atmosphere. We don’t have a lot of fancy meetings; we just talk about what needs to get done over a cup of tea. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve seen the town change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. If you’re driving through Modinagar, we’re easy to find. We just focus on getting the work out the door and making sure things are done properly. It's not complicated, we just stay busy with the daily orders that come in.
