Our office is situated at 87 Main G T Road in the Gupta Colony part of Ghaziabad. It’s an older building, but it serves us well for what we do. Being right on the main road means we see everything that goes past. There’s a lot of dust that comes in from the street, so we spend time keeping the place clean. It’s not a large office, but we’ve got enough space for our desks and the paperwork we have to keep track of. The neighborhood is full of small businesses and families who have lived here forever. We’ve become part of the scenery over the years. We don't use any complicated systems, just basic folders and a few computers to keep the travel bookings straight. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us on the phone or writing something down in a ledger. We don’t have a lobby or anything, just a front area where people can stand and talk to us. The light in the back room flickers sometimes, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We just focus on making sure the trips are planned and the timings are right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a local spot for people.
