Being out here in Site IV Industrial Area of Ghaziabad, things are always moving and shaking. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so it’s not exactly a pretty place to visit, but it’s where the real work gets done. We deal with alloys and various metal materials at A-48/150. The big trucks come and go all day long, and the air always has that smell of industry and heat. It’s a busy place with lots of other factories and workshops surrounding us. We aren't a fancy office with glass walls or carpets. Our place is built for heavy work. We have furnaces and machinery that keep the place hot and noisy most of the time. We’ve got a crew that really knows their way around the yard and the equipment. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves on the fly. That's just part of life in the Ghaziabad industrial belt. The evening shift starts just as the sun goes down, and that's when the yard feels a bit more peaceful despite the machinery. We don't have a fancy canteen, just a small corner where we sit and eat our lunch from home. We don't put on any acts here or try to look like something we aren't. We just show up every morning, do the melting and the casting work, and make sure the orders are ready to go out. It’s tough, sweaty work, but we stay at it because it’s what we know.
