Our office is basically Flat Number 14 in Sector 16, Vasundhara. It is more of a home-office type of setup than a big commercial building with a lobby. We focus on the technical side of farming. That means we look at the tools and the methods people are using out in the fields and try to find ways to make them work better or last longer. It is a lot of thinking and sketching out ideas on scrap paper. Vasundhara is a nice enough place to work from. It is quiet compared to the main city areas, which really helps when you are trying to concentrate on technical problems. We don’t have a showroom or anything fancy like that. People usually just call us on the phone or we go out to their sites to see what needs fixing or improving. It is just a few of us here. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big office or expensive coffee machines. We would rather spend our time and money on getting the technical details of the machinery right. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit crowded with equipment parts and papers, but that is just how it goes. We don’t use any complex jargon when we talk to our clients. We just explain things as they are. If something is broken, we say so and tell you how to fix it simply and effectively.
