We operate out of E-69/1. BSR Industrial Area, Site-1. A.G. Belting Pvt. Ltd. has been in this industrial patch for quite some time now. It’s a very practical environment. The area is full of warehouses and factories, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks loading up. Our place is no different. It’s a functional space with enough room for our equipment and the materials we use. We don't have a carpeted office or any big glass windows. It’s mostly concrete and metal. We get in early and start the day by checking what needs to be shipped out. The team is small, and we all know our roles. It’s a bit dusty because of the industrial setting, but we keep our workspace as clean as we can. There isn't much to see if you're just passing by. It’s just another gate in the row. We focus on the daily grind and making sure the orders are filled correctly. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside near the entrance when it's not too hot. We’ve seen the industrial area grow and change, with more units opening up nearby. It’s a busy place to be. We just stick to our routine and make sure we’re getting the work done without any unnecessary fuss. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We just stay busy and keep the machines running like we always do.
