Being located in the Bulandshahr Road Industrial Area means we are surrounded by smoke, trucks, and a lot of noise every single day. Our place at C 202 isn't hard to find if you know the area, but the roads can be a bit rough after a heavy rain. Advance Industrial Roller Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our lives making rollers for all sorts of machines. It’s a specialized kind of work, though it doesn’t look like much from the outside. The factory floor is usually hot, especially during the summer months when the metal gets warm to the touch. We have a small crew here, and most of the guys have been with us for years, so we don't need to say much to get the work moving. We just show up, put on our overalls, and start the day. Sometimes a customer calls with a rush order and we have to stay late, which nobody really likes but we do it anyway because that’s the job. The paperwork usually piles up on the desk in the corner because we’d rather be out there fixing a lathe or checking a measurement. It’s not a glamorous business, making rollers. They’re just parts of a bigger machine that most people never see. But we take it seriously enough. We keep the machines running, drink a lot of coffee, and try to get home before the traffic on Bulandshahr Road gets too backed up.
