We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The office isn't very large, so we all sit pretty close to each other. It gets noisy when everyone is talking at once. We don’t go in for big decorations or polished interiors. It’s just a place of work with some files, some boxes, and the smell of paper. Being on the first floor is nice because we can look out at the street, though there isn't much to see besides trucks and bikes passing by. We spend a lot of time checking numbers and making sure the addresses are correct for our shipments. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning to evening. Sometimes we stay late if a shipment is delayed. We just take it one day at a time here. There isn't any grand plan, just the daily grind of the pharma trade in a busy part of town.
