Aditya Birla Retail

Our office is over in Ghaziabad at Mahagun Villa. We are in Flat No 114, which is part of Plot No 4/30 in Sector-4C, Vaishali. The pin code here is 201010. It is a bit of a different setup for Aditya Birla Retail because we are working out of a flat. It makes the whole thing feel a lot more personal and less stiff. You have to go through the main gate of the villa and find our block. Inside, we’ve turned the living area into our main workspace. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, especially if we have a lot of samples or boxes arriving. The area of Vaishali is usually quite busy, but inside Mahagun Villa, it’s relatively quiet. We keep ourselves busy with the retail logistics and checking the inventory lists. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the paperwork from taking over the whole flat. There isn't any corporate branding around, just some calendars and notes pinned to the wall. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the delivery guys pretty well. We are just a small team in a flat trying to keep the retail business moving forward.
