B E is located out in Atrajiv Nagar, in the Ghato Tand area of the West Bokaro Division. We are part of the Ramgarh district in Jharkhand. It’s a very different environment out here compared to the big cities. The air is different and the pace of life is definitely slower. We operate from a simple building that doesn't have any of those modern glass walls or fancy elevators. It’s just a place to get work done. B E has been around this part of Ramgarh for a while. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation from Mumbai or Delhi. We are local people and we speak plainly. Most of our day is spent dealing with the specifics of the West Bokaro region. There’s a lot of industry and mining activity around Ghato Tand, so things can get a bit dusty and loud. We just keep the windows shut and get on with our chores. We don't have a mission statement or any of that marketing stuff. We just show up on time and do what we said we would do. It’s a practical approach to business. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get difficult during the monsoon, but we just adapt. We are just a small part of the community here in Atrajiv Nagar. We do our job, we help our neighbors when we can, and we keep things simple. It’s just how we operate out here. No fuss or extra talk.
