Shiva Ganga Water Plant

The water plant is located out in Boduppal, specifically in Indira Nagar Colony. The address is H No 6-69/1. It’s in the Ghatkesar Mandal area, so it's a bit of a drive for some. We spend most of our time keeping the filters running and making sure the cans are clean and filled up. Shiva Ganga Water Plant is a local spot, so we know a lot of the people who live nearby. They come by with their empty cans or we send the small truck out to drop them off. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying, so everyone stays pretty fit. The floor is almost always wet, which is expected. We have to keep an eye on the gauges and the pipes. Sometimes a pipe leaks and we have to fix it right then and there. It’s not a quiet job. The pump makes a steady humming sound that you get used to after a few hours. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just the work going on inside. Indira Nagar Colony is a nice enough place, though the roads get muddy when it rains. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long for their water. It’s just us doing what we do every day to keep the local area supplied. It can be tiring, but seeing the cans lined up and ready feels good. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
