Agarvanshi Alluminium Ltd.

We are based at Sy No 44 in Narapally, which is out near Ghatkesar. It’s an industrial spot, so there are a lot of metal sounds and heavy machinery around us all the time. Agarvanshi Alluminium Ltd. is basically a big warehouse and processing area. We don't have a carpeted office or any of that corporate stuff. Most of our space is taken up by stacks of aluminum and the equipment we use to move it around. It gets very loud in here when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout to be heard. The road out in Narapally can be rough, especially when the big trucks are coming through. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the metal and making sure the counts are right. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying on your feet for most of the shift. The heat from the sun on the metal roof makes the afternoons pretty intense. We have a small area where we keep the records and take phone calls, but it’s nothing fancy. We’ve been at this location for a while, and it works for what we do. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for a tour, just a hard-working site where we focus on getting the aluminum out to whoever needs it.
