We are based out in Vill- Jotekeshob, near the Palaspai post office in West Midnapur. It's a rural spot, so things move a bit slower than in the big cities. The building is simple and right near the main path through the village. We handle different kinds of local business and supplies here. Most days involve a lot of talking to people from the surrounding area. There's always someone stopping by with a question or needing help with an order. The office is small and we have a few chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk things over. We have been here for a good while and people know the name. It's a family-run kind of feel. We keep our own records and manage everything ourselves. The weather can be a factor out here, especially during the rains when the roads get muddy. We just deal with it and keep the work going. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just life in the village. We have some storage space for the materials we keep on hand. It's not a big corporate operation, just a local spot where we try to be useful. People know they can find us easily enough in Jotekeshob. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s a basic life but it suits us fine and we like the neighbors we see every day.
