Working at Vhcaherbals right near the Honey Garden on G.T. Road has its ups and downs. The main thing is the traffic. Since we are on the G.T. Road, there is always a truck or a bus going by, which makes the whole place feel very busy. The Honey Garden is a nice landmark though, and people usually find us pretty easily because of it. We spend most of our day inside handling things. It is a straightforward setup. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some rooms where we keep everything and a small space for the staff to sit. Sometimes we walk over toward the garden during lunch just to get a bit of air. The noise from the road never really stops, but after a while, you just stop hearing it. It’s just part of the background. The building is solid and does the job. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses. Everyone kind of knows everyone. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We are just local people working on G.T. Road. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. There is always something to do, whether it’s checking the inventory or just tidying up the back area. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We have our own way of doing things and it works.
