We've been around Rafiganj for a bit now. People know us as Vishal Engineering & Construction Company Ltd., though we’ve got roots in Jamshedpur too. It’s mostly just us handling building projects and some engineering stuff. We spend a lot of time on site, making sure things actually get finished properly. It gets pretty dusty out here in Bihar, but that's just how the work goes. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s more about getting the gear to the right place at the right time. Usually, it's just a few of us coordinating where the trucks need to be. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to keep to a schedule, but we try to manage as best we can. Folks around 824125 know where to find us if they need something sorted out. It isn't always pretty work, but someone has to do it. We mostly deal with local folks and small contractors who need some help with their builds. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. If we aren’t at the office, we’re likely out looking at a foundation or talking to the guys about the next phase of the project. That’s pretty much what our days look like here. It's nothing too complicated, just regular construction and engineering work day in and day out. We keep our tools ready and just get on with whatever the next job happens to be for us.
