Uthan Samriddhi Welfare Foundation

We are over in Gaya, right by the North Church. The Uthan Samriddhi Welfare Foundation is based out of the residence of Smt. Kiran Kumari. It’s a well-known area in the 823001 part of town. Gaya is a place with a lot of history, but our office is just a simple setup. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just us working together in this space. Being near the church makes it easy for people to find us. We've been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. The work we do is just regular welfare stuff. There’s no big secret to it. We just show up and handle the tasks that are on the list for the day. Sometimes it's quiet, especially when the weather is hot. We have a few desks and a lot of files. It’s a bit cramped sometimes but we make it work. Gaya has a specific rhythm to it, and we are part of that. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We'd rather just keep things running. It’s an honest way to spend the time. If you pass by North Church, you’ll see where we are. It’s just a normal building with normal people inside. We don't have a secretary answering phones, we just pick it up ourselves. It’s more direct that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the daily work. It’s a busy street but inside it is mostly just the sound of paper moving around.
