Usha Martin Ltd

We've been here in Aurangabad on Nawadih Road for a while now, right near the Masroor Modi Shop. It is a busy spot and people usually find us without too much trouble. We mostly deal with wire ropes and the usual industrial stuff that Usha Martin is known for. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical space where we get the work done and talk to customers who stop by. Sometimes the road gets dusty, especially in the afternoons, but that is just how it is around here. The guys in the shop know the inventory well. If someone needs a specific type of cable or wire, we just go back and check what is in stock. There is no big sales pitch. We just show what we have and tell you the price. It feels more like a local hardware place than a big corporate branch. We have been part of this Bihar community for some time. Dealing with the heat in the summer can be a bit much, but we keep the fans going. Most of our regulars are from the nearby construction sites or factories. They know we are here from early morning. It is a straightforward way of doing business. We don't spend much time on decorations. The focus is just on the supplies and making sure people get what they came for without any fuss or long waits. It's just a regular local business.
