It’s a small operation, mostly focused on getting things built around here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s usually just us with some tools and a plan. Working in construction means we’re outside most of the day. The dust and the heat are just part of the job. We started this because there was a need for someone local to handle the building work. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the weather slows us down, but we get there eventually. People in Vindhamganj appreciate that we don’t talk in circles. We just tell you what can be done and how much it’ll cost. No hidden stuff. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time, except when the machinery is running.
