You can find us over on Anugrah Narayan Road in the Murarpur area of Gaya. Our setup is at Aashish Prasad’s place, where Jay Shankar Prasad’s family has been for a long time. Gaya is a busy city, and the roads around here are always full of people and rickshaws. Working at Sinha Buildcon Engitech Private Limited means we are constantly out and about in the heat. We don't have a polished corporate image because that wouldn't fit in around here. We talk to people plainly about what they need for their buildings. Sometimes we spend hours just arguing with suppliers about the quality of sand or the timing of a delivery. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know. The office is often a bit cluttered with blueprints and old tea cups. We don’t use those big motivational phrases you see in city offices. We just look at the plans and try to make them real. Living in Bihar, you learn to be patient with the power cuts and the traffic. We’ve learned to work around those things. People know where to find us if they have a question or a problem. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay steady. It’s about being a part of the local scene in Gaya and doing the work that needs doing.
