Shashirohi Construction Private Limited is located out in Village Amratola in the Amra area. We are based at Ramjatan Singh’s place. It’s in the Sohaipur panchayat within the Manpur block. We are basically a local group that does construction work around the villages here. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or shiny floors; we just work from where we live. Most of our projects are small things like building walls, houses, or helping with local roads that need fixing. It is a lot of hard work in the sun and dust, but it is what we know how to do best. We don't use any big marketing words or try to act like we are some huge company from the big city. We are just local guys who understand how building works in this specific area. Getting supplies to Manpur can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, especially when the roads are bad, but we have our ways of getting things done. We know almost everyone in the village, so we have to do a decent job or we’ll never hear the end of it from our neighbors. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our workers busy and our clients satisfied with the work we finish.
