SAI BHAVISYA NIDHI LIMITED is run out of 1883E in Chanakyapuri Colony, Gaya. We are located at Manorma Sinha’s house. Chanakyapuri is a decent neighborhood, and it’s usually quite peaceful compared to the center of Gaya town. The house has a small gate and a little bit of a front yard. We used one of the spare rooms to set up our desks and filing cabinets. It’s a comfortable place to work. Manorma is usually around to keep an eye on things. We have a lot of regular visitors who live in the same colony. They like that they don't have to go far to deal with their savings. We have a few old wooden chairs for people to sit on while we fill out their forms. The lighting isn't the best on cloudy days, but we manage. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one near the entrance so people know they have the right house. Everything we do is pretty straightforward. We write down the deposits in the small passbooks and then enter them into our main register. It takes some time, but we aren't in any huge rush. Sometimes we get distracted talking about local events or the weather. It feels more like visiting a neighbor than going to a financial office. That’s just the way we like to run things here in Gaya. It keeps life simple for everyone involved.
