Rvm Future Nidhi Limited is located over in Khanjahapur, Manpur. We are right at Ranvijay Prasad’s place. Gaya can be a busy district, but our spot in Manpur is more relaxed. We have been working out of this location for some time now. The office isn't hard to find if you are familiar with the neighborhood. We usually start our day by cleaning the front area and getting the files ready. It’s mostly just sitting and handling the daily transactions for the locals. We don’t have a website with flashy pictures or anything like that. We just have our desks and some ledgers. Sometimes the street gets noisy with the local traffic, but inside it’s mostly quiet. People come in to discuss their small savings or ask about how the Nidhi works. We try to explain things in plain Hindi so everyone understands. There isn’t any corporate pressure here. We just do our jobs and go home to our families in the evening. The walls are painted a light color, and we have a few posters about the rules. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. Most of our members are people we see at the market every day. We don't need big slogans to tell people who we are. They already know us. It’s just how things work in Khanjahapur.
