Our office for Rrmd Empire and Developers is located in Phasi Lane, over in the New Godown area of Gaya. Deepak Kumar is the one who keeps things organized here. If you know Gaya, you know these lanes can be pretty tight. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trade going on. We work on various development projects throughout the city. It’s not an easy business because land prices keep changing and there is always a lot of competition. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. It’s usually just a couple of us at a desk with some old fans spinning. We deal with a lot of local contractors and laborers. Our days are filled with phone calls and site visits. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day, and other times we are stuck inside doing the math. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on big ads. People find us because they know someone we’ve worked with before. We’ve been based in this spot for a bit, and we like the grit of the neighborhood. It keeps us grounded. Dealing with bricks, cement, and local laws is what our life looks like. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how you build things. We just try to keep our heads down and finish the projects we started. It takes time, but we get it done.
