Reallink Construction Private Limited

My name is Pramod and I run Reallink Construction Private Limited from my place in Naya Tola Ward-23. My father, Dev Nr Sharma, taught me a lot about working hard and being fair with people around here. We started this because there was always a need for honest building work in our part of town. It isn't a fancy setup. Our office is basically where we live, and that's how we like it because people know where to find us. Usually, the day starts early with workers coming by and checking on materials. We do all sorts of building jobs, mostly small stuff for neighbors and some bigger projects when they come up. It gets pretty dusty and loud sometimes, especially when we have big loads of bricks arriving in the narrow lanes of Naya Tola. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word just spreads from one person to another. If we do a decent job on a wall or a roof, someone else asks us to help them too. Sometimes things go wrong, like the weather messing up our schedule or a delivery being late, but we just try to fix it and keep moving. It's just a regular local business trying to make a living and help people get their houses built right. We have been here for a bit now and plan to stay. There is no magic to it, just showing up and doing the work.
