Rda Agrotech Private Limited is located over on Gaya Road, in the Bhadauni area. We operate out of the home of Reshma Sinha, who is Rajiv Kumar Sinha’s wife. It’s a family-oriented setup, which is how we like to keep things. Our work is mostly about agricultural technology and helping farmers around here get what they need. Gaya Road is a busy stretch, so there’s always something moving past our door. We started this because we saw a lot of folks struggling with old equipment or not knowing where to get the right supplies. We aren't a massive company with a lot of money; we’re just a small team trying to help out in the local farming scene. The office is often a bit messy with brochures, samples, and account books, but we know where everything is. Reshma handles a lot of the organization, and Rajiv is usually out talking to people or checking on projects. It’s not a nine-to-five kind of job. Sometimes we’re working late into the night or starting before the sun comes up. We don't have any polished slogans or marketing plans. We just talk to people like neighbors and try to help them solve their problems. It’s been a learning process for all of us. Some days are stressful, but seeing a farmer have a better season makes it feel worth the effort. We just keep plugging away at it. It’s not always pretty, but we get the job done eventually.
