We've been working here in Gaya for a bit now. Our office is over at Shanti Niwas in the AP Colony area, specifically Mustafabad. It’s the house belonging to Jagdeo Prasad Yadav’s son. We mostly handle local infrastructure stuff around Bihar. It’s a small team, mostly just folks from the neighborhood who know the roads and the area well. We started Raviansh Infracon because there’s always something that needs fixing or building in this part of the state. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. If you walk past the colony, you might see us coming and going throughout the day with muddy boots and old blueprints. People around here know the family. We just try to get the work done without making a big fuss or spending money on things we don't need. The weather gets pretty hot in Gaya, so we usually start our days early to beat the sun, often having tea before the first truck arrives. Sometimes the materials take forever to arrive, which is frustrating, but that's just how it goes with local projects. We deal with concrete, pipes, and basic construction work mostly. Most of our guys have been doing this for years, learning on the job rather than in a big school. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a simple office and some basic equipment. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We appreciate the people in the colony who have supported us since we opened up the place here. It feels good to see something you built while walking to the market.
