Pnc Cotton Mills Private Limited is located over in Buniadganj, Manpur, specifically on Baijnath Sahay Lane in Gaya. This part of Gaya is known for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the other shops and small factories around here. Our mill is on a busy lane where there is always something going on outside. Inside, it is all about the cotton. There is white lint everywhere, and the air feels thick with it sometimes. We spend our hours watching the machinery and making sure the cotton is being processed correctly. It is a noisy place, so we have to shout a bit to be heard over the hum of the equipment. We have a small office area, but most of the time we are out on the floor. The workers here have been doing this for a long time and they know exactly how the machines should sound.
