This is PALERMOS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Dumarson village over in Tekari. Santosh Kumar is the one in charge here, and his father is Babu Chand Singh. We are based in Gaya. It is a quiet place, mostly farms and small houses. We do building work for the people living nearby. There aren't many big companies out here, so we do what we can to help our neighbors. Construction is tough work, especially in the summer when it gets really hot in Bihar. We use the tools we have and hire local workers from the village. It helps everyone out. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with offices in the big city. Our office is just a simple room where we sit down and figure out how much cement and bricks we need for a job. Sometimes things take longer than we want because of the weather or getting supplies delivered to the village. We just take it day by day. People know us by name around Tekari. If someone needs a wall built or a roof fixed, they come find Santosh. We don't spend money on ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get our jobs. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know how to build stuff. We just want to do the job right and move on to the next one. That is how we have always done things.
