The road outside stays pretty busy with traffic moving between Gaya and Mashauri. You get used to the sound of trucks and buses after a while. It’s not a quiet place, but it feels alive. Our office is just a few rooms where we keep our records and manage the pharmaceutical side of things. There is a lot of dust from the road, so we are always cleaning the desks. Arbind Kumar is usually around or someone from the family is. It is a very local setup. We don't use big words or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be sent out and we get it done. The Bairiya area has changed a lot over the years, more buildings coming up all the time. Our spot is easy to find if you know the landmark, though the numbering can be a bit confusing for outsiders sometimes. We have a small fan that clicks while it turns, and a calendar on the wall that we forget to flip some days. It is just a normal place where work happens. We like the fact that we are right here on the main road. It makes logistics a bit easier when we have to move stuff in and out. Most days are just full of regular tasks and small talk.
