Ninja Homes Private Limited is based in Gaya, specifically in the New Karimganj area. Our office is C/o Md Fakruddin and we are located in Ward No 26. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Forest Office, near the Civil Lines police station. The pin code here is 823001. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Gaya for a bit now. It’s a busy part of town, and being near the forest office makes it easy for people to find us. We aren't a big, polished company with a marketing department. It’s just us, Md Fakruddin and the rest of the crew, trying to make things happen in the home building space. Our office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of paper everywhere. We don't try to look like something we aren't. We are just local guys who know Gaya well and want to build houses that people can actually live in. Sometimes the office is a bit messy, and the tea is usually a bit too sweet, but that’s just how we do things. We don't have a grand vision or a fancy philosophy. We just wake up, go to the office or the site, and try to get the day's work finished. It’s simple, honest work and we are happy to be doing it here in our home city. We plan on staying right here behind the forest office for the foreseeable future.
