Even though our name mentions Maharashtra, we are actually based out of Gaya, Bihar, with the 823001 pin code. It’s an interesting setup being here. We work in the power and environment sector, which basically means we spend our time thinking about energy and how it impacts the world around us. Our office in Gaya is where the main planning and coordination happen. It isn't a massive complex; it’s more of a local office where a few of us gather to sort out the projects. We deal with a lot of regulations and technical specs every day. Some of it is quite tedious, but it’s necessary for the kind of power work we do. Gaya is a place with a lot of history, and working here gives us a different perspective than if we were in a big metro city. We have our fair share of challenges, like dealing with local infrastructure and making sure our projects stay on track despite any hiccups. We don't go in for big mission statements. We just try to get the power projects moving and handle the environmental side of things as they come up. It’s a lot of meetings, spreadsheets, and site visits when we can manage them. We are just a group of people in Bihar trying to do a complicated job as simply as we can. The work is steady and keeps us on our toes.
