We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements or trying to sound important. Most of our day is spent checking on materials or making sure the workers have what they need. It’s practical work. My desk is usually a mess of blue prints and half-drunk cups of chai. We like being in Gaya because it feels like home. The 823001 area has its own rhythm and we’ve just become a part of it. People stop by to chat even if they don’t have business. It keeps us busy and connected to what’s happening on the street. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay organized amid all the noise.
