Ksmahadev Constech Private Limited

We are over at Plot Number 13 in the Muffasil area of Gaya. The office is located near JMD Traders in Rasalpur. We're staying at Birendra Singh’s property. It’s a bit of a dusty area with all the trucks moving around, but it suits us. Ksmahadev Constech is what we call the company. We do construction work, mostly around the Gaya district. The office isn't much to look at. It’s just a solid building where we keep the records and meet up in the mornings. There’s always a bit of tea being made and someone talking about a site visit. Being near Rasalpur means we are close to the main roads, which helps when moving equipment. We don't use fancy jargon or have big meetings. We just talk about what needs to be built and who is going to do it. Birendra Singh has been helpful in getting us set up here. The 823001 area is growing, and we see more projects coming up every year. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is out in Gaya. We just try to keep things simple. We don't have any marketing people or a fancy logo on the wall. It’s just a sign outside and some people working inside. We know the local landscape well and that’s what helps us get by. It’s a decent life, just keeping busy with the bricks and mortar. We don't need much more.
