Our office is set up over at Plot No-73 in Chankiya Puri, which is a quiet enough area for us to get our planning done. Suresh and Chand Paswan have been part of the local community for a long time, and that is where we run things from. We do building work all across Gaya, mostly residential stuff but a few other things too. It's not a flashy business. We focus on the actual building part, like making sure the cement is mixed right and the walls are sturdy. Most days, we are on-site before the sun gets too hot, and we stay until the light starts to go. There is always a lot of dust and noise when you are building, but that is just how it is. We try to keep the neighbors happy while we work. We use simple tools and traditional methods because they work best for the ground we have here in Bihar. If someone needs a house built or a wall fixed, they usually just walk over and ask. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It's just a place where work gets handled. We keep our overhead low so we can focus on buying decent materials. The goal is always to finish what we started so people can move in and start their lives. We aren't looking to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that the people in Gaya can actually talk to.
