We operate Kadhariya Buildcon Private Limited out of Taj Colony in the Panchaitya Akhara area of Gaya. It’s a well-known spot around here. My husband, Birendra Kumar Tiwari, and I run things. We focus on building and construction projects in and around Gaya. This isn't some big corporate office with elevators. It's more of a home-grown business. We handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff ourselves. Whether it's ordering sand or talking to the mason, we stay involved. Gaya is a place where reputation matters, so we just try to be honest with everyone. The work is physically demanding and there are always new rules to follow. We spend a lot of time on site making sure things look right. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort. We don't use any slick marketing because we don't need it. People know where to find us in Taj Colony. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Our kids go to school here and we know the local shopkeepers. It’s just a normal life for us.
