Indra Mohan Kumar

This business is just me, Indra Mohan Kumar, and I operate out of my village at the Post- Jhikuly. It’s a quiet place, far away from the big cities. Life here moves at its own pace, and that’s reflected in how I do things. I started this work because there weren't many options around here, and I wanted to build something for myself. I don't have a fancy office building or a team of assistants. Most of my work happens right here in the village, often outdoors or in a small room I set aside for storage. I deal with the local community every day. People know where to find me if they need something. Sometimes the mail takes a while to reach the post office here, but we manage. My neighbors often stop by for a chat while I’m working. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. I’m usually in my regular clothes, doing whatever needs to get done that day, whether it’s checking on supplies or talking to folks. It’s hard work, and the weather can be a bit of a problem sometimes, especially when it rains heavy and the roads get muddy. But I like being my own boss and staying close to home. There isn't much more to it than that. I just try to be fair with everyone and keep the business going. It keeps me busy and pays the bills for my family.
